| Brent, I just wanted to say thank you for your tremendous assistance in finding my new home. When we initially met, I had no idea that we would end up working together because I have several friends and acquaintances that are realtors. Your follow up, however, immediately differentiated you from the crowd, especially since the realtor I initially called never called me back! Although my past experiences with realtors has been primarily the "take me around and show me the houses" routine, you showed me that there is so much more to finding a house than just identifying something I liked. I think everyone realtor should be required to take inspection related classes so that they can make the types of observations that you did.
